Description : Trained 30 all level employees on DEI from theory to local case studies covering all spectrum of diversity i.e.; gender, ethnicity, generation gap, disability-neurodiversity, thoughts that impact to the way they produce music that influence people around the world.

Description : Delivered a workshop to 30+ international exchange students where they can share “Cheers, Fears, and Unclears” to create safer and accepting spaces for all — all in the face of stigmatizing social pressures.
