Nikki Phinyapincha — Founder & Lead Strategist
Nikki Phinyapincha built Southeast Asia’s first inclusive economy consultancy not from a business school thesis — but from the experience of being a transgender professional in a system that had no place for her.
She is Founder and CEO of TransTalents Consulting Group; Co-Chair of the Global Transgender Task Force at InterPride (2025), coordinating trans-led organizations across 52 countries; Co-Founder of Trans Pride Thailand; and Policy Author of the Economic Autonomy Chapter of Thailand’s National Trans Well-being Charter (National Health Commission Office, 2025).
Her measurable impact spans: co-developing the UNDP Business Inclusion Toolkit reaching 55,000 employees; mapping LBTQ+ economic resources across 76 organizations in 17 countries; building a DEI playbook for 300,000 young leaders across 11 ASEAN nations under the U.S. Department of State’s YSEALI Next programme; and authoring Thailand’s WorldPride 2030 government feasibility study identifying ฿24.6 billion in GDP opportunity and 24,602 new jobs.
She is an APCOM Asia-Pacific Hero Award recipient, Tatler Asia Gen.T List honoree, and spoke at WorldPride Washington D.C. 2025.
